Cobbler Preparation

Prepare the Filling
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, raisins, and half of the brown sugar. Toss well to combine and then transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Make the Crumble Topping
In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, walnuts, flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.

Assemble the Cobbler
Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the apple and raisin mixture in the baking dish.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.

Allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving warm with scoops of double rainbow ice cream on top.
