    Prepare the Pork Belly

    Cut the pork belly into small cubes and season with salt and black pepper.

    Chop the Vegetables

    Dice the carrots, potatoes, and onion. Mince the garlic and chop the celery.

Cooking

    Sauté the Pork

    In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pork belly cubes and sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
