Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, and chopped provolone cheese. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.

Sear the Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs in batches and sear until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Return the seared meatballs to the skillet, cover, and let it simmer on low for about 30-40 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
