Cooking Pasta

1. Boil Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add spaghetti.

2. Cook Pasta

Cook spaghetti for 8-10 minutes or until al dente, stirring occasionally.

3. Drain Pasta

Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside, reserving about 1 cup of the pasta water.

Preparing Seafood

4. Heat Olive Oil

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

5. Sauté Garlic

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

6. Cook Tomatoes

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.

7. Add White Wine

Pour in the white wine, scraping any bits off the bottom of the skillet.

8. Add Seafood

Bring to a simmer, then add shrimp, scallops, mussels, and calamari.

9. Cook Seafood

Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until seafood is cooked through.

10. Add Parsley

Stir in chopped parsley and mix well.

Combine and Serve

11. Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the seafood sauce.

12. Toss Together

Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a cohesive sauce.

13. Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
