Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon fillets and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C). Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and set aside.

  2. 5

    Toss with Seasoning

In a bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with herbs. Toss until the vegetables are well coated.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon on a plate with a generous serving of seasonal vegetables on the side.

  2. 8

    Garnish (optional)

You can garnish the dish with fresh herbs or a wedge of lemon for an extra touch.
