Preparation of Salad Base

    Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Dry it using a salad spinner or paper towels. Chop it into bite-sized pieces.

    Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel and slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Peel and finely chop the red onion.

Meat and Cheese Preparation

    Slice the Meats

    Using a sharp knife, slice the Genoa salami, cappocola, prosciutto, and pepper ham into thin strips.

    Cube the Provolone

    Cut the provolone cheese into small cubes for easy mixing.

Dressing Preparation

    In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
