Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Bread the Chicken
Set up a breading station: Place flour in one shallow dish, beat eggs in a second shallow dish, and mix breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan in a third shallow dish. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure an even coating.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Dish
In a baking dish, place the fried chicken breasts. Spoon the marinara sauce generously over each piece and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
