Cook the Gnocchi
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and gorgonzola cheeses. Mix until well blended. Set aside.

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped basil.

Combine Everything
In a large baking dish, combine the cooked gnocchi with the cheese mixture and pour the sauce over the top. Gently stir to combine everything evenly.

Add Breadcrumbs
In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and olive oil. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the gnocchi and cheese mixture in the baking dish.

Bake the Gnocchi
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the gnocchi for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
