Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick pieces. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

  3. 3

    Assemble the Dish

Spread the cheese mixture onto the prepared baguette slices generously.

  4. 4

    Bake in Wood Oven

Place the prepared baguette slices onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated wood oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is toasted.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and serve immediately with seasonal chutney on the side for dipping.
