Herb-Crusted Salmon

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Herb Mixture

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped parsley, dill, rosemary, minced garlic, olive oil, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top of each fillet with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Add Herb Crust

Evenly distribute the herb mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing it down gently to adhere.

  4. 4

    Bake the Salmon

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the herb crust is golden brown.
