Prepare the Herb Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped parsley, dill, rosemary, minced garlic, olive oil, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.

Prepare the Salmon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top of each fillet with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper.

Add Herb Crust
Evenly distribute the herb mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing it down gently to adhere.

Bake the Salmon
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the herb crust is golden brown.
