Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill it while preparing the drink.

Combine the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Bulleit Bourbon, peach purée, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Shake Well
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Strain into Glass
Remove the ice from the chilled glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass over fresh ice.

Top with Iced Tea
Pour the iced tea over the bourbon mixture in the glass, filling it to the top.

Garnish and Serve
