Prepare the glass rim
Take a chilled cocktail glass and moisten the rim with a lime wedge. Dip the rim into a small plate of Tajín seasoning to coat it evenly. Set aside.

Mix the cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Diplomatico Mantuano Rum, pineapple juice, passionfruit puree, and ice cubes. Shake well for about 15 seconds until the mixture is chilled.

Strain and pour
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass with the Tajín rim, filling it about halfway.

Add ginger beer
Top off the drink with ginger beer, pouring it gently to avoid too much fizz.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately with a straw.
