  2. 2

    Add Ingredients

Chop the onion and garlic and add them to the slow cooker. Pour in the BBQ sauce.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

  4. 4

    Shred and Mix

Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the sauce in the slow cooker.

Bumpkins

  1. 5

    Prepare the Nachos

Spread the corn chips evenly on a large baking sheet.

  2. 6

    Layer the Ingredients

Sprinkle cheddar cheese and jalapeños on top of the corn chips.

  3. 7

    Melt the Cheese

Place the baking sheet in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, mix chicken wings with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 10

    Cook the Wings

Place the wings in a smoker or on a grill, cooking until crispy and fully cooked, about 30-40 minutes.

  3. 11

    Toss in Sauce

Once cooked, toss the wings in the wing sauce until evenly coated.

Brisket Sliders

  1. 12

    Prepare the Brisket

Cook the brisket in a smoker or oven until tender, about 6-8 hours at 225°F (107°C).

  2. 13

    Assemble the Sliders

Slice the brisket thinly and place on slider buns. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and top with pickles and onion rings.

  3. 14

In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and sugar.

  3. 17

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter.

  4. 18

    Combine Mixtures

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

  5. 19

    Bake the Cornbread
