Pulled Pork

Prepare the Pork
Season the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Place it in a slow cooker.

Add Ingredients
Chop the onion and garlic and add them to the slow cooker. Pour in the BBQ sauce.

Cook the Pork
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Shred and Mix
Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the sauce in the slow cooker.
Bumpkins

Prepare the Nachos
Spread the corn chips evenly on a large baking sheet.

Layer the Ingredients
Sprinkle cheddar cheese and jalapeños on top of the corn chips.

Melt the Cheese
Place the baking sheet in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Serve with Dips
Serve the nachos hot with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
Smoked Wings

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, mix chicken wings with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Toss in Sauce
Once cooked, toss the wings in the wing sauce until evenly coated.
Brisket Sliders

Prepare the Brisket
Cook the brisket in a smoker or oven until tender, about 6-8 hours at 225°F (107°C).

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and sugar.
