Pulled Pork

    Rub the pork shoulder with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place it in a slow cooker.

    Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and shreds easily.

    Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and mix in the BBQ sauce. Keep warm until serving.

    In a large bowl, mix together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and sugar.

    In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
