Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill the Glassware

Place your glasses in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes to chill them before pouring the beer.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lemon Wedges

Cut the lemon into wedges and set aside for garnishing the drinks.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Salt

On a small plate, spread out the salt to rim the glasses. You can also mix in some chili flakes for added flavor if desired.

Serving the Beer

  1. 4

    Rim the Glasses

Take the chilled glasses out of the freezer. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim into the salt (or the salt-chili mix) to coat it.

  2. 5

    Add Ice

Fill each glass with ice, leaving some space at the top for the beer.

  3. 6

    Pour the Beer

Slowly pour the draft beer into each glass, allowing it to flow gently over the ice to minimize foam.

  4. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish each drink with a lemon wedge on the rim. Optionally, drizzle a little olive oil over the top and sprinkle with fresh herbs for an extra touch.
