Main Dish

    Rub the pork shoulder with the pork rub, ensuring it's evenly coated. Place it in a slow cooker.

    Add Liquids

    In a bowl, mix apple cider vinegar and honey. Pour over the pork in the slow cooker.

    Set the slow cooker on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the pork is tender.

Baked Beans

    Prepare the Beans

    In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble it.

    Combine Ingredients

    Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Stir in navy beans, brown sugar, ketchup, and crumbled bacon.

    Let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Brisket Chili

    In a pot, brown the brisket over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
