Cook the Bacon
In a large pot, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble the bacon and set aside.

Sauté the Chicken
In the same pot, add the chicken breast pieces and sauté until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pot and set aside.

Prep the Vegetables
Dice the potatoes into small cubes and chop the green onions, separating the white and green parts for later use.

Combine Ingredients
In the same pot, add the diced potatoes, corn, the white parts of the green onions, chicken broth, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil.

Simmer the Chowder
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

Finish with Cheese
Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning as necessary.

Ladle the chowder into bowls, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and the green parts of the green onions. Enjoy hot.
