Take a large pint glass and fill it with ice cubes until it is about three-quarters full.

In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Bulleit Bourbon, 0.5 oz of simple syrup, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Pour the shaken bourbon mixture over the ice in the pint glass. Slowly top it with 16 oz of Hawgs n Heifersweizen Hefe beer, allowing it to mix gently.
