Preparation of Wings

Cut and Prepare Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Prepare Breading
In a bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Bread the Chicken
Dunk each piece of chicken first in the egg mixture, then in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

Heat Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry Chicken
Fry the breaded chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
