Marinating the Wings
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the wings evenly. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking the Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Coating the Wings
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Choose your sauce (gochujang, buffalo, or BBQ) and pour it over the wings. Toss well to ensure each wing is evenly coated.
