Method
Preparation of Taco Fillings

Prepare Pulled Pork
If not pre-cooked, season pork shoulder with spices of your choice and slow cook until tender. Shred the meat using two forks.

Prepare Chopped Brisket
Cook brisket until tender and slice into bite-sized pieces. Ensure it’s well-seasoned.

Prepare Pulled Chicken
Cook chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred using two forks. Season with your favorite spices.
Preparation of Toppings

Chop Onion
Peel and finely chop the medium onion. Set aside.

Chop Cilantro
Wash and chop fresh cilantro leaves. Discard the stems.

Prepare Roasted Poblano Salsa
If not using store-bought, roast poblano peppers over an open flame until charred. Peel off skin, remove seeds, and blend with tomatoes, onion, and lime juice to create a salsa.
Assemble Tacos

Warm Tortillas
Gently warm flour tortillas on a skillet or in a microwave until pliable.
