In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk just until the dough comes together.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently. Pat into a 1-inch thickness and cut out biscuits using a round cutter.

Bake the Biscuits
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove excess grease if necessary.
