Spicy Sauce
Method
Preparing Edamame

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

Add Edamame
Once the water is boiling, add 2 cups of edamame pods and 1 tsp of salt.

Cook Edamame
Boil the edamame for 5-6 minutes until they are bright green and tender.

Drain and Cool
Drain the edamame in a colander and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Making Spicy Sauce

Mince Garlic
Peel and mince 2 cloves of garlic finely.

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tbs of sriracha, 1 tbs of sesame oil, minced garlic, 1 tbs of honey, and 1 tbs of lime juice until well combined.

Add Sesame Seeds
Stir in 2 tsp of sesame seeds into the sauce mixture.
Combining and Serving

Mix Edamame and Sauce
In a large bowl, add the cooked edamame and pour the spicy sauce over them.

Toss to Coat
Toss the edamame and sauce together until the edamame are evenly coated with the spicy sauce.

Serve
Serve warm or at room temperature as a snack or appetizer.
