Prepare Horiatiki Salad

    Chop Vegetables

    Dice the tomato, cucumber, and red onion, and combine them in a bowl.

    Add Olives and Feta

    Add Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the vegetable mixture.

    Make Dressing

    In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.

    Combine Salad

    Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Cook Seafood

    Prepare Marinade

    In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

    Marinate Seafood

    Add swordfish, salmon, kalamari, prawns, and scallops to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.

    Broil Seafood

    Preheat the broiler. Place marinated seafood on a baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes, turning halfway through until cooked through.
