Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels and season it generously with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Sear the Pork

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork tenderloin and sear on all sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  3. 3

    Add Flavor

Once the pork is browned, add minced garlic and chopped rosemary to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Roast in Oven

Drizzle the pork with lemon juice, then transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
