    Prepare the Sauce

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent. Then add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add Tomatoes and Wine

    Add the chopped tomatoes to the skillet. Stir in the dry white wine, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Cook the Prawns

    Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook the prawns.

    Finish and Serve

    Once the prawns are cooked, remove the skillet from heat. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley over the top. Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice.
