Method

Preparing Lamb Chops

  1. 1

    Marinate the Lamb

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Coat the lamb chops in the mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Broil the Lamb

Preheat the broiler. Place the marinated lamb chops on a broiler pan and broil for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Preparing Rice Pilaf

  1. 3

    Cook the Rice

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add rice and stir for a couple of minutes. Pour in chicken broth and salt, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender.

Preparing Roast Potatoes

  1. 4

    Roast the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 5

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mixed vegetables, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
