Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Beef Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Certified Angus beef patty with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place the slice of pepper jack cheese on top of the patty and cover to melt the cheese.

  2. 2

    Fry the Egg

In a small pan, heat a teaspoon of oil over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the white is set and the yolk is still runny. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Bun

Lightly toast the brioche bun on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread chipotle mayo on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Place lettuce leaves, the cooked beef patty with melted cheese, fried egg, sliced jalapeno, and tomato slices. Top with guacamole. Place the top half of the bun to complete the burger.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook the French Fries

Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for the recommended time or until golden brown and crispy. Season with salt to taste.
