1. Make the Broth
In a large pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, ginger, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
2. Cook the Noodles
While the broth is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. Assemble the Ramen
Once the broth has simmered for about 20 minutes, strain out the ginger slices. Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls and ladle the hot broth over the noodles.
4. Serve
Garnish with your choice of toppings such as green onions, nori, boiled eggs, or sliced pork. Serve hot.
