Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Dough
Preheat your wood-fired oven to around 800°F (427°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness, about 12-14 inches in diameter.
- 2
Add the Sauce
Spread the Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes evenly over the rolled-out dough. Use a spoon to crush the tomatoes slightly and season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- 3
Add Cheese and Basil
Tear the mozzarella di bufala into pieces and distribute them evenly over the tomato sauce. Scatter the fresh basil leaves on top and drizzle with olive oil.
- 4
Bake the Pizza
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated wood-fired oven. Bake for about 90 seconds to 2 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- 5
Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve immediately. Enjoy your classic wood-fired pizza!
