Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

Divide the ground beef into two equal portions (5 oz each) and form them into patties. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Grill the Patties

In the same skillet or on a grill, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, spread a generous amount of Lunch Box Sauce, add a layer of lettuce, followed by one patty with melted cheese, then add some onion, pickles, and two slices of bacon. Repeat for the second patty and top it with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately with your choice of side.
