Burger Preparation

Prepare the Patties
Divide the ground beef into two equal portions (5 oz each) and form them into patties. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Melt the Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty to melt.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each burger bun, spread a generous amount of Lunch Box Sauce, add a layer of lettuce, followed by one patty with melted cheese, then add some onion, pickles, and two slices of bacon. Repeat for the second patty and top it with the other half of the bun.

Serve immediately with your choice of side.
