Chicken Fingers

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Chicken Fingers

1. Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

2

Breading Process

2. Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and bread crumbs in a third bowl. Dip each chicken strip in flour, then egg, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

3

Fry the Chicken

3. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken strips for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

4

Prepare the French Fries

4. Peel and cut potatoes into fries. Rinse and dry them. Heat vegetable oil in another pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Season with salt.

5

Prepare the Salad

5. In a bowl, toss together lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt.

6

Serve

6. Arrange chicken fingers, French fries, salad, and bread rolls on a platter and serve.
