Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Stop the blender and check the consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
