Method
Preparation
- 1
Wash and Prepare Fruits
Thoroughly wash the apples and oranges under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides. Remove the stems from the apples and cut them into quarters. For the oranges, peel the skin and separate them into segments.
Juicing
- 2
Juice the Apples
Using a juicer, add the quartered apples into the machine. Collect the juice in a bowl or pitcher. If you prefer a smoother juice, you can strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve.
- 3
Mixing and Serving
- 4
Mix the Juices
Combine the apple and orange juice in the pitcher. Stir well to mix the flavors together.
- 5
Taste and Adjust
Taste the juice mixture. If desired, add sugar to taste and stir until dissolved. For a fresh twist, you can also add mint leaves.
- 6
Serve the Juice
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately over ice or chilled.
