Preparing the Sea Bass

Season the Fillets
Pat the Chilean Sea Bass fillets dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil on both sides of the fillets, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Cook the Fish
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and the fish is cooked halfway through.

Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 4-5 minutes until fully cooked and flaky. Drizzle lemon juice over the fillets during the last minute of cooking.

In a small bowl, mix the softened unsalted butter with chopped parsley, chopped dill, and minced garlic until well combined. Set aside.
