Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add water, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Shape the Bread
After resting, divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a round flatbread shape, about ¼ inch thick.

Cook the Bread
Heat a griddle or a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the heat and set aside.
