Lamb Kabab Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Marinate the Lamb
In a large bowl, combine the cubed lamb, garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the lamb evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- 2
Prepare the Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- 3
Skewer the Lamb
Thread the marinated lamb onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- 4
Grill the Kababs
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- 5
Serve
Remove the kababs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Pair with your choice of appetizers or salads.
