Dice the Tuna
Using a sharp knife, cut the fresh tuna into small, even cubes, approximately ½ inch in size. Place in a mixing bowl.

Chop Vegetables
Finely chop the jalapeño (remove seeds for less heat if desired), green onions, and red onion. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds or half moons. Add all chopped vegetables to the bowl with the tuna.

Prepare the Sauces
In a separate small bowl, combine the soy sauce, caramel sauce, sriracha, and mayonnaise. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.

Pour the prepared sauce over the tuna and vegetable mixture. Gently toss everything together until the tuna and vegetables are evenly coated.
