Preparing the Salmon

Seasoning the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil over each fillet and season with salt and black pepper.

During the last minute of cooking, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon for added flavor.
Making the Sauce

Combining Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, and fresh dill until well combined.

Cooking Quinoa
Rinse the quinoa under cold water. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until quinoa is fluffy.

Roasting Asparagus
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender.

Preparing Cherry Tomatoes
Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half. They can be served fresh on the side or roasted along with the asparagus if desired.
