Preparation of Mixology Ice Cube

Make the Ice Cube
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of coconut milk. Stir well until fully combined.

Freeze
Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Cocktail Assembly

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Papa's Pilar Sherry, 1 oz of Cinnamon Cloud Reduction, and 1 oz of Coconut Water.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.

Serve
Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass over the prepared mixology ice cube.

Garnish
Add a cinnamon stick and sprinkle coconut flakes on top for garnish.
