Preparation

1. Prepare Clementine Reduction

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of fresh clementine juice with 1/4 cup of sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of premium vodka, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz of the prepared clementine reduction, and 0.5 oz of orange liqueur. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

3. Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with 4 oz of sparkling water and gently stir to combine.

Garnish the drink with a fresh sprig of rosemary and a slice of clementine on the rim of the glass.
