Fish Preparation

Method

Fish Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Fillets

Sprinkle the corvina fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the seasoning.

  2. 2

    Brown the Butter

In a large skillet, melt the brown butter over medium heat. Allow it to bubble and turn a golden brown color, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 3

    Cook the Fish

Add the seasoned corvina fillets to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Add Lemon and Parsley

During the last minute of cooking, squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fillets and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Vegetables and Sides

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the potatoes into rounds approximately 1/4 inch thick. Toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and arrange them on a baking sheet.

  2. 6

    Bake the Potatoes

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the potato slices for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

  3. 7

    Sauté the Mixed Vegetables

In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the mixed vegetables, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still vibrant.
