Ensure the shrimp are peeled and deveined. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a large skillet or saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.

Add bell peppers
Stir in the sliced bell peppers and continue to cook for another 5 minutes until they soften.

Incorporate tomatoes
Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes break down and create a sauce.

Stir in the saffron threads, seafood seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the flavors.

Deglaze with wine
Pour in the white wine and simmer for about 2 minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
