Preparing the Salad

Wash the Romaine Lettuce
Rinse the Romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Pat dry with a kitchen towel or use a salad spinner.

Chop the Lettuce
Chop the washed Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add Parmesan Cheese
Grate or shave the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the chopped lettuce.
Making the Caesar Dressing

Prepare the Dressing Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, and chopped anchovy fillets.

Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard until well combined.

Slowly drizzle the olive oil into the mixture while whisking continuously to create a smooth dressing.

Assembling the Salad
