Smiley Fries

Method

Chicken Strips

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken

Cut the chicken breasts into strips, about 1 inch wide.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place the flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second bowl, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the third bowl.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Dredge each chicken strip in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

  4. 4

    Heat Oil

In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  5. 5

    Fry the Chicken

Carefully place the breaded chicken strips into the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Smiley Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare Smiley Fries

Preheat the oven according to the package instructions of the frozen smiley fries.

  2. 7

    Bake Smiley Fries

Spread the frozen smiley fries evenly on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for the recommended time, usually around 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  3. 8

    Season

Once baked, remove from the oven, and sprinkle with salt to taste.
