Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) to get it ready for roasting the cauliflower.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head. Cut it into bite-sized florets and rinse them under cold water.
Coating
- 3
Season the Cauliflower
In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the cauliflower florets and toss until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning.
- 4
Add Buffalo Sauce
Pour the buffalo sauce over the seasoned cauliflower florets and toss again until all the pieces are well-coated.
Baking
- 5
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the buffalo-coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and crispy on the edges, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Serving
- 7
Serve
Remove the baked buffalo cauliflower from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
