Pizza Dough Preparation

In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the frothy yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream, and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in the parmesan cheese until smooth.

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
