In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more coconut cream or pineapple juice, if desired.

Pour the blended Pina Colada mixture into the prepared glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry on top, a pineapple wedge on the rim, and sprinkle coconut flakes over the drink.
