Prepare the Cilantro Lime Slaw
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime zest, and a pinch of salt. Toss until the cabbage is well coated and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated shrimp for about 4-5 minutes, or until they are pink and cooked through.

Warm the Tortillas
In another skillet, warm the corn tortillas on both sides until pliable.

Place a portion of the cooked shrimp on each tortilla, top with the cilantro lime slaw, and fold the tortillas in half.
