Muddle the Cherry
In a mixing glass, place the fresh cherry and muddle it gently to release its juices.
Add Ingredients
Pour in the Hollow Spirits Zano Anejo, Sadie's Simple Syrup, and bitters into the mixing glass.
Stir
Add ice cubes to the glass and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
